Renting is simple, just browse the website and find what you want, select how many months you want to rent and place your order. The first month's rental is payable at checkout, after that you will be charged monthly. If the product is damaged, the company covers 90% of the repair. If after the rental period is over you wish to continue, you can change to a longer plan to save money or you can also buy the product. At the end of your minimum rental period you have to print the free return label, pack your product and take it to a parcel shop.
The delivery time is 2 to 3 working days. If you want to terminate your rental, you can return your device free of charge after the minimum period has expired. You will find the return label to print out in your customer account. In case of loss or theft, no coverage is possible. This means that you are obliged to pay the full cost of the device. Currently, credit card payments, Apple Pay and Google Pay are supported.
